Brian is a seasoned wellness leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building brands, leading sales teams, and driving market expansion. His journey spans corporate wellness, education, law enforcement, and CPG innovation—each chapter fueling the next.

Before launching Powered By Plants in 2021, Brian led corporate wellness initiatives with a multi-state territory that included Florida and Texas for Life Time, a $1B+ national health company. He also served as Vice President of Admissions at ATI Career Training Centers, where he managed $200M in revenue across 24 locations and built high-performing, multi-state teams.

His entrepreneurial path began with Health Bomz, a handmade protein snack company that launched at the Dallas and Austin Farmers Markets and scaled to 150 retail locations across 14 states. But it was during the COVID-19 pandemic that Brian saw a bigger opportunity—creating functional, hemp-derived beverages that give people a healthier way to unwind, connect, and feel good.

A former SWAT and Gang Unit officer with the San Antonio Police Department, Brian brings discipline, drive, and purpose to everything he builds. Today, he leads Powered By Plants with a mission to bridge wellness and social drinking—offering clean, alcohol-free THC beverages that deliver a functional buzz and a new way to elevate the moment. Brian has been alcohol-free for over three years, embodying the lifestyle his brand promotes.
