Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are consumable and regulated under state and federal hemp and THC laws, we maintain a clear and limited return policy to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and customer transparency.
Store Credit Only
All approved returns or claims will be issued as store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds or credit back to your original payment method, except where legally required. Store credit may be applied toward future purchases and will not expire.
Eligibility for Store Credit
To qualify for store credit, your request must meet all the following conditions:
- The claim is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- You provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or email confirmation).
- The product is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging, unless the claim involves a defect or damage upon arrival.
- The product’s batch or lot number is visible and matches your order record.
- The issue qualifies as one of the following:
- Damaged or leaking product upon delivery
- Incorrect item or mislabeled shipment
- The products arrived spoiled or compromised
Claims based on personal taste, preference, or perceived effects are not eligible for store credit.
How to Submit a Claim
To request store credit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@drinkpbp.com and include:
- Your full name and order number
- Photos or video showing the issue (e.g., leakage, defect, incorrect item)
- A brief description of the problem
Once we receive your claim, we will review it and respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved Returns & Shipping
- Because THC beverages are regulated consumables, we generally do not accept shipped returns from customers outside Texas.
- If a return is required and approved, we will provide instructions for drop-off or authorized courier pickup.
- Any unauthorized return shipments may be refused or destroyed for compliance and safety reasons.
Restocking or Handling Fees
For approved returns, we may deduct a 15% restocking or handling fee from your store credit to cover processing and disposal costs, unless the issue was our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed beverages
- Products past their expiration or “Best By” date
- Promotional, clearance, or final-sale items
- Products were damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Shipments seized or refused by carriers or state regulators
Interstate Shipping Acknowledgment
By placing an order for delivery outside Texas, you affirm that receiving THC-infused beverages is legal in your destination state and municipality. You accept all responsibility for ensuring compliance with local regulations. If your order is seized, delayed, or refused by a carrier or authority, your remedy is limited to store credit at our discretion.
Disputes & Appeals
If your claim is denied and you believe this was in error, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with additional supporting information or documentation. Our compliance team will re-evaluate and provide a final determination within 5 business days.
Liability Limitation
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use, shipping, or handling of our products.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time to reflect changes in law or carrier regulations. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
