Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care to ship your THC-infused beverages safely, discreetly, and in compliance with current laws. Because THC and hemp regulations vary by state, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.
  • All orders are subject to age verification (21+) and compliance review prior to shipment.
  • Processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship using FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery for most orders. Carrier selection may change at any time based on compliance or service area.

  • FedEx Policy Notice: FedEx’s public policy restricts the shipment of marijuana and THC products. We use FedEx solely for shipments containing hemp-derived beverages that meet the legal definition under the 2018 Farm Bill (<0.3% Δ9 THC).
  • We cannot guarantee acceptance or delivery by FedEx to all destinations. Packages may be delayed, inspected, or refused by the carrier or regulatory authorities.
  • If your shipment is refused, seized, or returned due to carrier policy or local regulation, your sole remedy will be store credit in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Shipping Areas

We ship from Texas to locations within the United States where hemp-derived THC beverages are legal. We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders to any destination that does not meet current regulations or carrier requirements.

  • We do not ship to states where hemp-derived THC beverages are banned or restricted, including (but not limited to): California, Arkansas, and Rhode Island.
  • Some states have potency limits, licensing requirements, or labeling restrictions in place. Orders to those states will be reviewed before fulfillment.
  • If a destination becomes restricted after checkout, we may cancel and issue store credit instead of shipping.

Delivery & Signature Requirements

  • All deliveries require an adult signature (21+) and presentation of a valid government-issued ID.
  • If no one is available to sign, FedEx will attempt redelivery once. Failed deliveries after two attempts may be returned to us.
  • Redelivery or reshipment fees may apply for undeliverable orders.

Packaging & Discretion

  • All shipments are sent in discreet outer packaging that does not reveal the contents of the product.
  • Beverages are sealed in tamper-evident, leak-proof containers and packed securely to prevent breakage.
  • Temperature-sensitive products may be shipped with insulated materials or cold packs. However, we cannot guarantee temperature stability during transit.

Shipping Times

  • Texas deliveries: Usually 1–2 business days after shipment.
  • Out-of-state deliveries: Typically 2–5 business days, depending on destination.
  • Transit delays may occur due to weather, carrier inspection, or state regulatory reviews. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and contents immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact us within 24 hours at info@drinkpbp.com with your order number and evidence of the issue.
  • We will investigate with the carrier and, if approved, issue store credit or a replacement per our refund policy.

Interstate Shipping & Legal Compliance

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All products contain hemp-derived THC and comply with federal limits (≤0.3% Δ9 THC).
  • You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, possessing, and consuming THC beverages is legal in your state and municipality.
  • You accept full responsibility for your order once it leaves our facility.
  • We are not liable for delays, seizures, or refusals caused by carrier policy or regulatory enforcement.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates.
  • We may offer free or promotional shipping for select orders at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@drinkpbp.com.
  • Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipment. Once shipped, changes are not guaranteed.
  • Canceled orders prior to shipment will receive store credit.

Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy as laws and carrier regulations change. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase governs your order. Significant changes will be announced on our website.
