How do I change the drinks in my subscription box?

Log in to your Account and open the Subscriptions (or Manage Subscription) area. Select the subscription you want to edit, then choose Edit / Swap Products to update the drinks in your next box. 

Can I change the way I pay?

Yes. From your Account, go to Subscriptions and select the subscription you want to update. Click Edit Payment (or similar) and follow the instructions sent to your email or shown in the portal to update your card or payment method.

When will my order arrive?

You can see the date of your next subscription order in your Account under Subscriptions or Next Order. You’ll also see all upcoming charge and ship dates there. To change it, click Edit date or More actions on the order you want to move.

How can I view my next order?

Log in to your Account and open the Subscriptions section. You’ll see your upcoming subscription orders there, including what’s in your next PBP box and when it will ship.

How do I skip an order? Can I pause my subscription?

On your Account page, go to Subscriptions and select Manage next order or See all upcoming orders. From there you can skip your next order, change the delivery date, or pause your subscription (if available). Some portals also let you send your order now or gift it to someone else.

What if I change my mind? Can I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your Account. Once cancelled, you usually can’t reactivate the same subscription, so if you just need a break, consider pausing or skipping your orders instead. To switch to a different bundle, cancel your current subscription and start a new one with your preferred bundle.

Can I order 3 drinks on subscription?

We currently only ship subscription boxes in 6-drink packs. Smaller shipments are more expensive to ship and have a larger environmental impact per drink. If you have feedback or special requests, please contact us to let us know your thoughts.
